The following questionnaire form is required to present a customized proposal to your company. SPG’s Goal is to provide your firm with a substantial savings in your current power rate plan and provide additional solutions customized to your current facility footprint.

NOTE: We require a copy of your last power utility bill to prepare a rate comparison savings proposal. For your convenience, you can upload a copy of your Power bill at the bottom of this questionnaire. SPG will then provide a same day energy savings / cost comparison proposal for you to review. We also can provide a proposal for additional on-site power options.
